What We Treat
Weight Management
Does it seem to you that weight is so easy to gain and so hard to lose? Yep, for me too. I’ve done so many 30-day weight loss challenges! They work every time. I lose 5-7 lbs, only to gain it back over the next several weeks to months. I’m no longer interested in quick fixes that are unsustainable and damaging to the metabolism.
The truth is you don’t lose weight and get healthy. It’s the other way around. Once we get our body healthy, really healthy, weight then starts to release, slowly but surely.
I recommend focusing on forever, not fast. You don’t have to be perfect. The key is taking more steps in the right direction than in the wrong direction and you get there, eventually. I also recommend focusing less on the scale and more on nourishing your body with healthy, amazing food. When the scale doesn’t budge, we keep going because we are doing this for our health, not the scale. If we sprinkle in the magic ingredient, time, and results are inevitable.
There is no quick fix. If there was, everyone would be skinny. What does work is a long-term sustainable plan for overall health. When the focus is on health, weight loss is an added bonus.
My health coach Lydia helps people find their why so they can stick with their plan long-term. We provide you with tools for the long term. We optimize the adrenals, the thyroid, the hormones, the gut, and the mitochondria. And we take more steps forward than backward. Together, we’ve got it!
All that said, sometimes a jumpstart is needed to get us back on track. Would you like some help to gain some weight loss momentum? Check out my free weight loss webinar when I expand on this even more. Remember, be kind to yourself along the way! You can also sign up for my free weight loss program too.
